Cookie Notice

    Last updated: 17 December 2025

Nousra currently relies only on strictly necessary cookies for security and core functionality. The sections below explain how they work today and what will happen if we add optional cookies later.

    1. What cookies do we use?

    • Session / authentication cookies: Maintain your signed-in state (e.g., access_token / refresh_token equivalents). Removing them requires you to sign in again.
    • Security cookies: CSRF tokens or similar values that protect account actions.
    • Locale preference: A simple cookie that remembers whether you browse in English or Chinese.

None of these cookies are shared with third parties or used for cross-site tracking.

    2. Why is there no banner?

EU ePrivacy / GDPR rules allow skipping a consent banner when only “strictly necessary” cookies are present. Because we do not run analytics, advertising, remarketing, or behavioral tracking scripts (no GA, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, etc.), there is nothing that requires opt-in consent at this time.

    3. What happens if we add optional cookies?

Before enabling any analytics or marketing scripts, we will:

    1. Integrate an accredited CMP such as Cookiebot, so scripts load only after category-specific consent.
    2. Update this notice and the Privacy Policy with the new cookie purposes and retention periods.
    3. Expose a persistent “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer so you can review or change your choices anytime.
