Cancellation & Refund Policy

    We’re committed to providing a clear and transparent subscription experience.

    1. Cancel Anytime

    You can cancel your Plus or Pro plan at any time from Account Settings → Subscription or by emailing [email protected].

    Cancellation effect: Auto-renewal for the next billing cycle is stopped immediately. Your current benefits remain active until the end of your paid period, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

    2. Refunds

    As a digital service, Nousra generally does not offer pro-rated refunds once a billing cycle has started. If a refund is approved, premium access will be disabled immediately.

    Right of withdrawal for EEA customers

    If you’re located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. If you request a refund within this period, we’ll issue a full refund and cancel your subscription immediately.

    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the service may begin immediately. Once Nousra has fully delivered the digital content (e.g., by providing a tarot reading), you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

    Refunds outside the EEA

    For customers outside the EEA, refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

    • Duplicate charges
    • Billing errors
    • Extended service outages that prevent access to core features

    3. Auto-Renewal

    Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime—you’ll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and no future charges will be applied.
